01

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to information collected through zeuskratom.com, our online store, account area, checkout, contact forms, email subscriptions, age-verification features, and related customer-support interactions. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

Zeus Kratom is based in the United States. References to “Zeus Kratom,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator of zeuskratom.com.

Age and Shipping Eligibility

Our age gate may store a cookie or similar record showing that an age-verification prompt was completed. We may also use your shipping destination—including state, city, county, or ZIP code—to determine whether we can lawfully accept and ship an order to your location.

Information From Service Providers

We may receive order status, payment status, delivery updates, fraud-risk signals, and other transaction-related information from payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers, ecommerce tools, and customer-support providers.

03

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests, and consent, depending on the activity.

04

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for the following purposes:

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, when available, our cookie-consent controls. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, account, or age gate from working properly. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across websites; we respond to legally required opt-out preference signals where applicable.

05

How We Share Information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Website and ecommerce providers: host and operate WordPress, WooCommerce, forms, accounts, and email features.
  • Payment providers: authorize transactions, process payments and refunds, and help prevent fraud.
  • Shipping and fulfillment providers: calculate rates, validate destinations, fulfill orders, and provide tracking.
  • Professional advisers: support legal, accounting, insurance, compliance, and business operations.
  • Government or legal recipients: comply with law, court orders, regulatory requests, or protect rights and safety.
  • Business transaction recipients: evaluate or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. As of the effective date of this policy, we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that constitutes “selling” or “sharing” under California law. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required opt-out method.

06

Payment Information

Payments are processed by the payment method or gateway displayed at checkout. The payment provider may collect your payment-card details, billing address, transaction amount, device information, and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy policy.

Zeus Kratom generally receives transaction status, limited payment details such as card brand and last four digits, and information needed to manage an order. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on our website.

07

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Order and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years for tax, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes.
  • Contact and customer-support messages may be retained for up to two years after the matter is resolved.
  • Account information is generally retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.
  • Marketing subscription information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to a minimal suppression record.
  • Security logs, cookie records, and technical data are retained according to operational, security, and legal needs.

We may retain information longer when required by law, needed to establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or complete an active transaction. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it.

08

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include encrypted website connections, access controls, limited staff access, software updates, backups, and fraud or security monitoring.

No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

09

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to or a copy of personal information associated with you.
  • Request correction or deletion of personal information.
  • Request information about categories of data collected, sources, purposes, and disclosures.

To submit a request, email support@zeuskratom.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may request proof of authorization and identity verification.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may still receive non-promotional communications relating to orders, accounts, safety, or customer support.

10

U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers; customer and contact records; commercial information; internet or other electronic-network activity; approximate geolocation; account credentials; payment-related information handled by a processor; and inferences about product or shopping preferences.

We collect these categories from you, your device or browser, and service providers. We use and disclose them for the business purposes described in this policy, including ecommerce operations, customer service, security, fraud prevention, shipping, compliance, and website improvement.

We use sensitive personal information only for permitted operational purposes, such as account access, payment processing, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, shipping eligibility, and legal compliance. State-law rights vary and may apply only if the relevant legal thresholds and residency requirements are met.
